Not even scorching 100 plus degree weather can keep true car buffs from pursuing their passion. On August 21, 2010 a group of hardy “Street Master” car club members from Pierre, SD cruised from the “Triple M” gas station just outside of Pierre to a car show at the “Mid-Way Drive Inn” just outside of Miller, SD. This year the “Street Master” car club members were graciously invited to take a garage tour of “Kustom Restorations”, a restoration shop and garage located North East of St. Lawrence, SD. The Tour, featuring a variety of restored and un-restored cars was arranged by club member Jerry Dittman, of Highmore, SD.  During the tour club members learned about different types of sand blasting and many other stages of restoration. While enjoying the tour club members were offered snacks and cold refreshments. All in all the tour was awesome, the employee’s were informative, and the hospitality was outstanding. Following the tour the “Street Master” car club members joined up with their hosts and cruised back to Miller, SD to take part in a terrific car show put on by the “Mid-Way Drive Inn”.
